MOROCCO RETREAT

Spring 2027: 3rd-10th April

With Emma Rose Lowe (Essential Nature Yoga) & Erin Bunting (The Edible Flower)

Join us for a deliciously curated 7 nights of sunshine, desert, deep restoration, culture, culinary delight and cookery classes, treasure hunting in the souks, soul searching in the atlas mountains, natural beauty, daily yoga, meditation and lots more on this Moroccan Yoga and Food Retreat.

We have carefully designed this Morocco retreat for a perfect blend of relaxation, culture and adventure to create a retreat where dreams will take shape.

We are staying in a gorgeous, 4* luxury retreat space just 30 minutes from the red city of Marrakesh. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Moroccan desert with postcard perfect views of the Atlas mountains. On the edge of Marrakech's famous palm grove, our venue is an authentic oasis where everything moves calmly and you breathe an air of serenity.

With 2 pools, gardens and sunny secluded terraces overlooked by olive, citrus and date trees, rambling terracotta passageways and courtyards leading to spacious, elegant bedrooms designed with the perfect combination of historic and contemporary Moroccan design features and complete en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and wifi.

There is an on-site Hamman and spa, offering a range of massage, hammam, treatments and time honoured rituals - which is not included in the retreat cost but is affordable to add on to your stay. There are also bikes to rent at the venue if you fancy some additional exploration of the surrounding areas.

The venue will be our sanctuary to drop in, connect and revive. It is the perfect backdrop to the adventures we are including on this retreat.

Daily Yoga with Emma Rose:

We will practice yoga daily in the olive tree gardens or the rooftop terrace with desert and mountain veiws. This will be an accessible, breath led movement practice. There will also be some afternoon and evening yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions for the perfect way to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself through dedicated time for yoga practice, breathwork, meditation, and reflection.

Moroccan cooking demo and chef led talk, local chef led Street Food Tour and The Edible Flower Supper Club

With chef, food stylist and published food author Erin Bunting of The Edible Flower, you’ll be invited into the soul of Moroccan cooking where flavour is layered, intuitive, and alive. In an intimate, chef-led experience, Erin will guide you through the alchemy of spice: how to recognise it, balance it, and awaken it. Fragrant ras el hanout, warming cinnamon, bright citrus, handfuls of fresh aromatic herbs, each element building something both grounding and transportive.

On the day of the cooking experience, you won’t just observe, you’ll gather and feast on Erin’s creations. Think: food that is vibrant, generous, and made to be savoured slowly, together.

As the retreat unfolds, the culinary experience deepens with a guided chef led street food tour where you will walk through the souks in Marrakech visiting the olive, preserves and spice markets and the very best hidden gems of Marrakech’s street food scene exploring Arab, Berber, Andalusian, Mediterranean, and African influences.

On our final evening together you will experience one of Erin’s renowned Edible Flower Supper Club. Plates arriving as the sky softens, warm against your skin, every bite heightened by the beauty of where you are. Think slow-cooked tagines infused with depth and warm spice, zingy preserved lemon cutting through richness, aromatic herbs scattered in abundance, pomegranate jewels catching the light, silky textures, unexpected pairings, and that unmistakable Edible Flower touch; beautiful, abundant, layered flavoured deliciousness.
