Samhain Women’s workshop special:

FULLY BOOKED: Thursday 26th October 7 - 930ish pm

NEW DATE ADDED: THURSDAY 2ND NOVEMBER 7PM

In my best Bette Middler/ Winnifred Sanderson voice “Sistarrrrrrrrrs”

This workshop is designed for you to understand more about the witch and sisterhood wound and how it still shows up in you today. We will journey beyond the veil, as the moon heads towards her fullness at the most potent and mystical time of the year in Celtic Calendar, Samhain, to explore the her-story of the witch trials and meditate with mugwort tea and the archetype of the witch.

You will be guided though a vocal activation practice and be embraced by unconditional support and acceptance in sacred circle, to heal your voice, claim your gifts and feel empowered to step out of the shadows and embody the deep feminine magic within.

Does speaking your truth feel unsafe?

Do you long to be authentically seen by others but feel afraid to be yourself?

Do you find yourself dimming your own light, playing small and hiding your gifts?

Do you struggle to listen to and trust your emotions and intuition?

Do you swing from feeling simultaneously “too much” and “not enough”?

Do you hide your “woo woo”, and spirituality for fear of being ridiculed or judged?

If so, you may carry the  Witch Wound.

25 generations on from the burning times where thousands of Women across Ireland and the UK were trialled and murdered as witches in the most terrible mass miscarriage of justice for being healers, wise women, wild women, spiritual, herbalists, visionaries and truth holders. - actually anything considered “other”, women today, still experience the collective, inherited trauma of this persecution and shame .

The legacy of this has left a collective wound which affects us all in some way, and which we are now being called to understand and heal. With 36 countries in the world with active witch - hunts still taking place, these are still burning times and the world needs you in your full feminine power more than ever before.

Listen to the call.

It’s time to rise.

It’s time to reclaim our voices, our intuition, our solidarity with our sisters and our magic.

It’s time to heal the witch wound.

FAQS:

What is vocal activation?:

Voice activation is a therapeutic technique that involves using vocal expressions, such as toning, chanting, or affirmations, to promote emotional release and self-expression. Sessions include a series of different exercises to awaken your voice, liberate your authentic expression and experiment with sound.

What is Mugwort tea?:

Mugwort or cronewort is a plant used in traditions around the world for its incredible and extensive herbal healing properties as well as to cleanse sacred space. It has long been used to induce lucid dreaming, for astral projection, and to enhance psychic powers and has a deeply relaxing, dreamy effect.

This Samhain Women’s Event is held at my beautiful Georgian farmhouse nestled in 2.5 acres of ancient trees and wild meadows, in the rolling hills of Co Down.

I am located on a small townland just outside of Belfast called Cargacreevy which translate from old Irish ‘Carraig na craoibhe’ as ‘Rock of the great tree’. Trees were sacred to the ancient ancestors and central to Celtic mythology and spirituality, and rocks were often gathering places for worship, which makes this old townland quite special.

20 minutes from Belfast city centre, 12 minutes from Carryduff, 10 minutes from both Saintfield and Ballynahinch centre and a short 8 minute scoot from the Lisburn M1 junction (Saintfield road roundabout). The full address will be sent out automatically on booking.

WITCH

Thursday 2nd November 7 - 9 (ish) pm

£33 per witch

P.s this is not a witchcraft workshop, it’s about breaking the spell of the witch trials and patriarchy. Understanding female psychology, healing the collective trauma, working through our shit together, remembering our gifts and power and supporting other women (whilst having an almighty cackle!)
