A year-long journey through Celtic seasonal wisdom, ritual and embodied practice.
A return to the old stories, the turning earth and the deeper rhythms of life, so you can reconnect with yourself, your roots and your place in the living world.

There is a calling inside so many of us, to reclaim our roots and connect with the spiritual traditions of the lands we are from and the wisdom of our ancestors.
I created Belonging because I know what it is to walk this path and wish there were others walking beside me.
Do you hear it, too?
The call to be of the depths, not simply of the times.
Perhaps you know it. That whisper beneath the noise. The part of you that already knows there is more.
More depth.
More meaning.
More truth.
More life.
The part that longs to:
Trust your own knowing rather than endlessly looking outside yourself for permission.
Reconnect with the earth and stars, with story and ritual, with the mysterious intelligence of the natural world.
Discover who you are beneath the conditioning. Beyond the expectations, inherited stories and the roles you’ve learned to play.
And then to have the courage to live from that place.
Belonging is an invitation to explore what becomes possible when you begin to listen to that deeper voice. To remember what matters, to develop the self trust to act on it, and to find your way home to your own sense of belonging.
Some things were forgotten. But they were never entirely lost.
Across generations, colonisation, religious suppression, displacement and patriarchal systems disrupted many of the land based traditions, stories and practices that once shaped how people understood themselves and their relationship with the natural world.
But traditions can survive in fragments.
In stories.
In seasonal customs.
In plants and place names.
In the old festivals.
In the stories our grandmothers carried.
In the instinct to gather at the turning of the seasons.
In the part of us that still feels something when the wheel turns.
Belonging is not about recreating an imagined past.
It is about listening to what remains, learning with care, and discovering what these older ways of seeing might offer us now.
And you don’t have to do that alone.
I created the community I wished I’d had when I first began walking this path.
A place to ask questions. To explore, practice, wonder, remember and be witnessed as your find your own way.
Meet Emma Rose
I’m Emma Rose. I’m an Irish wisdom holder and teacher living on an ancient smallholding in Ireland, where I have spent years learning to live seasonally, sustainably and intentionally.
I grew up with rural roots, surrounded by folklore, stories, old customs and the wisdom of the hedgerow. My mother was an archaeologist, so sacred sites, ancient landscapes and the traces of those who came before us were woven into my life from the very beginning. I was being taken to sacred places before I was even born, carried there in my mother’s belly so perhaps it’s no surprise that I’ve always felt drawn towards the old stories and the places where the past still feels alive.
I’m a Senior Tantra Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer, specialising in meditation and nervous system regulation, feminine embodiment and the deeper practices of yoga. While I adore the wisdom of the Eastern traditions and they have profoundly shaped my life and work, I found myself longing for something rooted in the land beneath my own feet. Something that spoke to the seasons I was actually living through and that connected me to the landscape, plants, stories and ancient traditions and spirituality of the place I call home.
So I began following that thread.
I’m a storyteller, ceremonialist and folk herbalist, working with native plants and the living landscape, and exploring the ways our ancestors understood their relationship with the earth, the seasons, the unseen and one another and somewhere along the way, the Celtic Wheel began to give me a language for things I had felt but couldn’t always name.
It taught me to see endings differently.
To honour winter, trust emergence and understand that rest is not failure but necessity. That darkness has its own wisdom. That life is cyclical rather than linear and that we are not separate from the living world around us.
I didn’t create Belonging because I wanted to make another online course.
I created it because these teachings changed the way I experience being alive.
And as I walked deeper into this work, I wished for a community. People to learn with. People to wonder with. People who understood why these old stories still matter. I wished I had someone holding the lantern while I found my way.
So I created Belonging.
A place to explore these teachings with depth, curiosity and care. Where ancient wisdom meets modern life. A place where the mystical and the practical can sit beside one another. A place where you don’t have to have all the answers.
You just have to be willing to listen.
And perhaps, in doing so, begin to remember something that has been quietly waiting for you all along.
Become an ancestor in training
Leadership doesn’t have to mean standing at the front of a room. Sometimes leadership is simply deciding to live differently. To become more conscious of what you carry. To question what you’ve inherited. To choose what continues through you. To tend the earth beneath your feet. To use your gifts. To create something your future descendants can inherit.
Belonging asks:
What kind of ancestor are you becoming?

The first certified Celtic Wheel of the Year program in existence.
Working within the framework of the ancient Celtic calendar we will come together to celebrate eight Celtic festivals throughout the year. This includes 4 earth and 4 solar festivals (the solstices and equinoxes). You will learn how to embody the wisdom and mythology of nature based living and deepen your connection to the ancestors and Celtic Mythology so that you can create your own rituals and live a life that feels true and aligned.
Each masterclass will dive deep into the heart of the Celtic festivals and the energies of that particular time of year. We will work with themes of vision, creativity, purpose and belonging and invite some amazing guest teachers to join us along the way.
What if the way home isn’t something you have to find, but something you have to remember?
Belonging is for those who want to weave ancient wisdom into their lives. Live more intentionally, on purpose and in community with like hearted people.
This is your invitation if…
You feel drawn to Celtic mythology, folklore, nature and seasonal living but want to go deeper than reading the occasional book or celebrating the festivals once a year.
You crave a richer relationship with the natural world.
You want ritual to become something lived rather than something performed.
You are curious about your heritage, roots and relationship to place.
You want to deepen your intuition and self trust.
You feel called towards a more intentional life.
You are a yoga teacher, therapist, facilitator, artist, healer, coach or community leader looking for a deeper seasonal framework to inform your work.
Or perhaps you simply know:
I want to live differently.
You don’t need to be a teacher.
You don’t need to consider yourself spiritual.
You don’t need previous experience.
You just need curiosity, an open heart and a willingness to listen.
What changes when you begin to live with the Wheel?
You don’t simply learn eight festivals.
You begin to understand when to begin, when to tend, when to rest, when to release and when to let something new emerge.
Through the year you will:
Reconnect with the cycles of nature
and develop a deeper sense of place and season.
Build ritual into everyday life
in ways that feel meaningful, grounded and entirely your own.
Deepen intuition and self trust
so you can listen to your inner knowing and act from it.
Explore Celtic mythology, folklore and seasonal wisdom
through story, scholarship, practice and lived experience.
Unpick inherited stories and limiting beliefs
and explore what you want to carry forward.
Develop greater self agency
and become more intentional about the life you are creating.
Find your people
inside a small, like-hearted community that walks the Wheel alongside you.
And perhaps most importantly:
You will have a framework you can return to for the rest of your life.
Because the Wheel doesn’t end when the course does.
It turns.
And so will you.
What people are saying
We begin at Samhain in October (Celtic New Year) because all things are born from the darkness.
We will set our intentions in alignment with the Celtic New Year, embrace the wisdom of the dark at Winter solstice and through embracing the great dreamtime learn how to listen to the call of our soul.
We will dream with the wise old woman of winter and remerge with the light and clarity as the days length to put those insights, visions and inspirations into reality.
We will find balance between action and rest, of thinking and feeling and of doing and being so we can care for ourselves
We will unpick the self limiting beliefs and reclaim our stories personally and collectively and weave new myths into being.

Why now?
We are living in a time that asks us to remember what really matters.
We have never had more information and yet perhaps never felt more disconnected from ourselves. The pace of modern life asks us to be constantly productive, available and switched on. The Wheel offers another way. A rhythm of beginning and ending. Of growth and decay. Of action and rest. Of darkness and light.
Perhaps we don’t need another system telling us how to live.Perhaps we need to remember our true rhythm, that is sustainable for our soul.
Perhaps you’ve felt the call for a while. Perhaps you’ve been circling this work. Reading the books. Feeling something stir when the seasons turn. Lighting candles. Gathering herbs.
Walking beneath the moon. Wondering about the old stories.
Wondering about your own story.
Perhaps this is your year to step in.
The Wheel is already turning.
Come and walk it with us. Your way home begins here.
The doors for the 2026/27 spiral are now open for registration
