“I have felt so much more confident in myself after doing Emma’s Hormonal course and have a sense of empowerment after connecting and sharing with the other women in the group. I feel a lot less afraid to be seen. I realise how much the patriarchal collective has imprinted on me and lead me to blame myself for feeling weak or afraid and even to welcome abusive behaviour towards myself as a woman.”
