“I have learned so much!!! I have gotten in touch with a part of me that I have ignored for a very long time. I discovered how little I knew about my period and sexuality. I can’t believe I didn’t know anything about female sexual anatomy. Nothing!! I also loved learning about cycle charting and the journaling practices. 

I really liked the breathwork and how you guide it. I had a very bad experience with breathwork in the past and I was very scared of it when you first said that we were going to do it. It was, instead, the most beautiful thing ever and I really enjoy doing it every day.
